Customer Service Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Service Manager to lead one of our global flexible workspace centres. You will own the centre’s performance, act as the primary point of contact for customers and ensure every visitor experiences world‑class service.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all on‑site operations and manage the centre as if it were your own business.
• Resolve challenges and problems promptly to maintain high service standards.
• Conduct tours for prospective customers and upsell services to existing members.
• Build strong relationships so customers become brand ambassadors for the centre and IWG.
• Monitor and improve the quality of the workspace and service delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading a small, close‑knit team and meeting sales or service targets.
• Background in managing a flexible workspace centre, retail store, restaurant or similar high‑customer‑focus environment.
• Strong commercial mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Demonstrated drive, resilience and ownership in achieving business priorities.
