Customer Service Manager

About the role

IWG is looking for a Customer Service Manager to lead one of its global workspace centres. You will own the centre’s performance, act as the primary point of contact for customers, and drive a culture where every visitor becomes a brand ambassador.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all on‑site operations, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day service delivery.
• Address challenges promptly and resolve customer issues effectively.
• Conduct tours for prospective clients and upsell services to existing members.
• Maintain high standards of workspace quality and service excellence.
• Lead, motivate and develop a small, close‑knit team to meet performance targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading a team in a customer‑focused environment such as a flexible workspace, retail store, or restaurant.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales and service targets.
• Strong commercial mindset with a passion for delivering world‑class customer experiences.
• Resilient, results‑driven and able to maintain focus despite obstacles.
