Customer Service Representative – English Speaker

About the role

As Arrow Global Components (AGC), a part of Arrow Electronics, we are a global leader in the distribution and value‑added services related to electronic components. We resell, customize, and distribute electronic components to clients around the world, building trusted, long‑lasting relationships with industry leaders. We are looking for an English‑speaking Customer Service Representative to support the Sales team by managing the full customer order lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the Order‑to‑Invoice process from clean order entry to invoicing and delivery.
• Provide after‑sales support to customers and suppliers primarily via email, occasionally by phone or chat.
• Monitor order backlog and handle changes to customer requests.
• Coordinate with internal departments such as Sales and Logistics to ensure on‑time delivery.
• Maintain customer‑reserved inventory to meet shared goals.
• Drive customer satisfaction and improve process efficiency.
• Communicate proactively with customers to address issues and ensure service quality.

Required profile

• Proficiency in English.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel (intermediate to advanced).
• Previous experience in Customer Service.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Customer‑focused mindset.
• Strong team player.
