Customer Service Representative (Sales Support)

About the role

IFF, a global leader in flavors, fragrances, food ingredients and health & biosciences, is looking for a Customer Service Representative to support its commercial activities and ensure an outstanding customer experience. The role works closely with customers, Account Managers, Supply Chain and cross-functional teams, and is based in Had Souhalem, Morocco.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and process customer orders, inquiries and complaints covering the products ordered.
• Maintain an ongoing relationship with selected customers and sales staff.
• Use knowledge of products, product availability, sales territories and individual customers to act as a key communications link to the customer.
• Provide efficient, accurate and timely support to customers and commercial teams.

Required profile

• 3-5 years of experience in commercial support, customer service, sales support, logistics or supply chain in an international environment.
• Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
• Fluent in Arabic and English; French at minimum B-level writing and reading.
• Customer-facing experience, preferably in a B2B environment; exposure to ingredients, flavors, fragrances, FMCG or related industries is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Experience with SAP and/or Salesforce (SFDC) preferred.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills, ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
• Relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
