About the role

BIGOBIGO Technology (BIGO) is a fast‑growing Singapore‑based technology group with more than 30 offices worldwide, offering AI‑driven video products such as Bigo Live and Likee. Based in Casablanca, the Customer Service Specialist will provide advanced product knowledge and premium support to SVIP users of BIGO’s live‑streaming platforms, helping to maintain user satisfaction and community health.

Key responsibilities

• Provide advanced knowledge of products, trends, and professional service to users of the live‑streaming industry.
• Assist SVIP users with all customer service inquiries via chat, phone, e‑mail, and social media.
• Manage the stability and improvement of SVIP and user‑created groups (Family), extending the lifecycle of SVIP users and internal groups.
• Build lasting relationships with users, develop open communication channels, and act as a reliable advisor.

Required profile

• Proficient in oral and written English; French at C1 level; Arabic is a plus.
• Enjoy connecting with customers at a deeper level and exceeding expectations.
• Patient, proactive, and responsible.
