Customer Solution Engineer - Product

About the role

KONE is looking for an energetic Customer Solution Engineer – Product to provide technical expertise on optimal KONE products for customers in Casablanca. You will translate customer needs into product specifications and coordinate engineering work through project hand‑over.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales to select the best product platform and ensure competitive offers for non‑standard projects.
• Develop detailed product plans, including costings, specifications, energy calculations and traffic analyses.
• Conduct technical site surveys and manage the technical content of orders from MS 0b to MS 2z.
• Coordinate lead times, availability and installability with supply lines and local sourcing.
• Ensure product compliance with local codes, safety regulations, environmental standards and KONE engineering policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical or civil engineering.
• 2‑3 years experience in the elevator industry and 1‑2 years using AutoCAD.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail and ability to work with global colleagues across time zones.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills in English.
