Customer Solution Specialist - CAD & BIM Design

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Solution Specialist to support our Sales and Delivery teams in Casablanca. The role focuses on creating and maintaining accurate CAD, layout and BIM designs that meet KONE’s quality standards and customer requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical and layout assistance to the Sales team for KONE product proposals.
• Produce and manage 2D, 3D and BIM drawings, including tender layouts, shop drawings and material drawings.
• Conduct technical feasibility checks and support cost‑effective solution development.
• Respond to RFIs, prepare design proposals and coordinate BIM information with Supply Line.
• Maintain and update technical documentation, approval files, compliance records and as‑built drawings.
• Create final shop order drawings, M‑drawings and E‑Link documentation, handling revisions and change orders.
• Ensure all designs comply with relevant codes, regulations and safety standards.
• Participate in customer meetings to discuss technical and layout aspects.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience with AutoCAD in an engineering or design environment.
• Strong understanding of technical drawings, layout processes and quality management principles.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines and maintain high‑quality documentation.
• Good communication and collaboration skills, with working proficiency in English.
