Customer Success Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to own the relationship with a portfolio of manufacturing customers across EMEA, primarily French‑speaking. Reporting to the Director of Customer Success, you will act as the trusted advisor for senior supply‑chain leaders, ensuring the SaaS platform delivers measurable ROI.

Key responsibilities

• Own the strategic relationship for a portfolio of EMEA customers, acting as the primary advocate for executive sponsors.
• Partner with supply‑chain executives to define success metrics, track progress and identify expansion opportunities.
• Monitor success metrics and translate data into a clear ROI narrative for customers and their leadership.
• Drive organisation‑wide product adoption through coaching, training and guidance on product updates.
• Lead business review meetings, align on joint strategy and set measurable goals.
• Collaborate on‑site with customers’ supply‑chain teams and internally with Data Integration, Product, Engineering and Sales to ensure configuration, adoption and expansion are on track.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management or Supply‑Chain/ERP consulting, preferably in a SaaS environment.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Proven ability to influence senior business and IT leaders, including VP‑level executives.
• Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting inventory, purchase‑order and demand data.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to manage multiple projects without direct authority.
