Customer Success & Sales Specialist – SaaS

About the role

Millenium Connect is seeking a Customer Success & Sales Specialist to guide prospects and existing customers through the entire journey – from the first conversation to onboarding and ongoing support. The ideal candidate enjoys technology, can quickly learn digital products, and loves helping users see the value of SaaS solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Engage inbound prospects, assess needs, and determine fit with Millenium Connect.
• Deliver product demos focused on practical use cases.
• Follow up with prospects, guiding them through decision‑making and subscription.
• Onboard new customers, configure accounts, connect properties, and ensure effective platform usage.
• Handle customer inquiries via chat, email, WhatsApp, and phone, tracking issues to resolution.
• Identify and troubleshoot product issues, report bugs with clear reproduction steps.
• Keep customers informed during investigations and proactively ensure they receive value.
• Spot opportunities for upsells, add‑ons, or plan upgrades.
• Create short walkthrough videos and transform recurring questions into help content.
• Share feedback, objections, and pain points with product and management teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years in a customer‑facing role with SaaS, software, or technology products.
• Strong ability to navigate and understand software applications.
• Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluent professional English and French; both languages used regularly.
• Commercial mindset with confidence discussing pricing and solutions.
• Proactive, organized, and detail‑oriented.
• Able to learn quickly in a fast‑evolving product environment.
