Customer Supply Chain Consultant Trainee

About the role

Robert Bosch Morocco is looking for a motivated Customer Supply Chain Consultant Trainee to support its automotive aftermarket, power tools, and thermo‑technology divisions. The trainee will act as the primary customer contact for order intake, follow‑up, and logistics coordination while gaining hands‑on experience in supply‑chain processes.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for customers during order intake and follow‑up.
• Coordinate between customers and logistics service providers, including warehouse and transport arrangements.
• Manage orders on hand, monitor back‑orders, and provide feedback.
• Support sales and accounting teams with accounts receivable, RFC and POD processing.
• Handle and respond to all customer requests, including low‑level technical inquiries.
• Assist automation projects related to customer data processing (order placement, amendment, etc.).
• Coordinate reverse‑logistics processes, including RFCs and claims handling.
• Manage third‑party business coordination for battery and direct orders.
• Facilitate export documentation and transportation processes.
• Support automotive telephone sales and promotional activities.
• Prepare reports on back‑orders, claims, and related metrics.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Logistics or an equivalent field.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Strong coordination abilities and a customer‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to build relationships and cooperate with people at all levels.
• Working knowledge of supply‑chain processes; technical understanding of the automotive industry is a plus.
• Fluent in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in the MS Office suite.
• Experience with SAP (advantageous).
