Customer Supply Chain Consultant Trainee

About the role

Robert Bosch Morocco, part of the Bosch Group, is looking for a Customer Supply Chain Consultant Trainee to support its automotive aftermarket, power tools and thermo‑technology businesses in Casablanca. The trainee will act as the primary contact for customers, handling order intake, logistics coordination and reverse‑logistics processes.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary customer contact for order intake and follow‑up.
• Coordinate between customers and logistics service providers, including warehouse and transport arrangements.
• Manage orders on hand, monitor back‑orders and provide feedback.
• Support sales and accounting teams with accounts receivable tasks related to RFC and POD processing.
• Handle customer requests, including low‑level technical inquiries on parts availability.
• Assist with automation projects for customer data processing such as order placement and amendment.
• Coordinate reverse‑logistics, processing customer RFCs and claims.
• Facilitate export documentation and transportation processes.

Required profile

• University degree in business administration, logistics or a related field.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Strong coordination abilities and customer‑orientation.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office suite.
• Experience with SAP (advantageous).
