Customer Support Coordinator

About the role

Elopak is seeking an experienced Customer Support Coordinator to oversee the end‑to‑end order management process. You will act as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring orders move smoothly from receipt to delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and follow up customer orders for products, ensuring accurate entry and updates in SAP.
• Coordinate with Sales, Planning, Production, Logistics, Warehouse and Finance to guarantee on‑time delivery.
• Monitor order status, identify pending orders and anticipate potential delivery delays.
• Serve as the main point of contact for customers, providing timely updates and support.
• Maintain accurate customer and order records, support invoicing follow‑up and generate service/order reports.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of customer service processes and overall satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Customer Service, Logistics or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Customer Service, Order Management, Sales Administration or a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication, organization and follow‑up abilities.
• Customer‑oriented, proactive, detail‑focused and solution‑driven.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Fluent in English and French; Arabic is a plus.
