About the role

The Customer Value Associate Manager – Lifecycle & CRM drives the end‑to‑end customer lifecycle strategy across online platforms. This high‑impact role focuses on maximizing Customer Lifetime Value, revenue, and retention through data‑driven, personalized engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Design and optimise segmentation frameworks (value‑based, behavioural, lifecycle stage).
• Develop churn‑prevention, win‑back, loyalty and engagement programmes.
• Plan, execute and optimise omnichannel CRM campaigns (email, push, SMS, in‑app, automation).
• Build automated, trigger‑based journeys and event‑driven engagement aligned with commercial priorities.
• Analyse user behaviour, conversion funnels and cohort performance; evaluate ROI and profitability.
• Own retention, churn reduction, revenue uplift and CLV growth targets.
• Monitor compliance and ensure responsible, sustainable customer engagement.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle management, retention or customer‑value roles.
• Proven track record managing high‑frequency users and optimising revenue.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
