About the role

The Customer Value Associate Manager – Lifecycle & CRM drives the end‑to‑end customer lifecycle strategy across online platforms. This high‑impact role focuses on maximizing Customer Lifetime Value, revenue, and retention through data‑driven, personalized engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Design and continuously optimise segmentation frameworks (value‑based, behavioural, lifecycle stage) and develop churn prevention, win‑back, and loyalty programmes.
• Plan, execute and optimise omnichannel CRM campaigns (email, push, SMS, in‑app) using automated and triggered journeys aligned with commercial priorities.
• Analyse user behaviour, conversion funnels and cohort performance to evaluate campaign ROI, identify growth opportunities and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Own commercial performance metrics such as retention rate improvement, churn reduction, revenue uplift and CLV growth while ensuring budget efficiency.
• Monitor compliance risks and ensure all CRM activities meet regulatory standards.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle management, retention or customer value roles.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data insights into concrete actions.
• Commercially driven with a focus on revenue generation and value creation.
• Ownership mentality and end‑to‑end accountability for results.
• Proven stakeholder‑management and team‑collaboration skills.
