Cybersecurity Business Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Cybersecurity Business Analyst to join our security team. In this role you will bridge the gap between technical security operations and business stakeholders, turning security data into actionable insights and supporting decision‑making through dashboards and reports.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyse business requirements from stakeholders such as the CISO, technical teams and management.
• Design, develop and continuously improve cybersecurity dashboards and reporting solutions.
• Analyse security trends, identify anomalies and monitor cybersecurity KPIs.
• Automate and optimise reporting processes using Python and PowerShell scripts.
• Produce ad‑hoc analyses for security incidents or urgent business requests.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams, provide user training and maintain technical and functional documentation.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Cybersecurity or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of reporting and data‑analysis tools.
• Good understanding of cybersecurity frameworks such as ISO 27001 and NIST, and of vulnerability management.
• Professional proficiency in both French and English.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, autonomy and excellent communication.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., ISO 27001, ITIL v3, CISSP, CISM) are a plus.
