Data & AI Solution Architect

About the role

Stellantis is seeking an experienced Data & AI Solution Architect to join its Middle East & Africa ICT organization. Reporting to the Head of Data & AI, you will define the technology vision, enterprise architecture, and governance for data, analytics, AI, and generative AI initiatives across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain the regional Data & AI technology vision, architecture principles, and roadmap aligned with global standards.
• Own end‑to‑end architecture for strategic initiatives, translating business requirements into scalable, secure, reusable solutions.
• Lead architecture across enterprise data platforms, ETL/ELT, streaming, cloud data platforms, BI, advanced analytics, machine learning, generative AI, LLMs, RAG, vector databases, prompt orchestration, APIs, and microservices.
• Conduct architecture reviews, enforce technical governance, ensure solution quality, security, scalability, resilience, compliance, and operational readiness.
• Partner with business leaders, product teams, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and enterprise architecture to advise on technology decisions and support business case development.
• Strengthen the regional operating model, promote Agile, DevOps, DataOps, MLOps, documentation, release management, and architecture governance.
• Ensure all solutions meet cybersecurity, privacy, governance, and regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing and governing large‑scale data, analytics, and AI solutions in a complex, multi‑regional environment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts in clear business language.
• Leadership experience guiding internal teams, external partners, and technology vendors.
