Data & BI Engineer

About the role

As a Data & BI Engineer in the Enterprise IT Applications team, you will help shape the company’s data‑driven strategy by designing, building and maintaining scalable data‑warehouse solutions. Working closely with business and technical stakeholders across multiple locations, you will ensure reliable reporting, analytics and decision‑making capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain a centralized data warehouse, data models and robust ETL pipelines.
• Extract, transform and integrate data from diverse source systems, applying business logic and validation rules.
• Automate data processes, create reports and dashboards to support business‑intelligence initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective data solutions.
• Monitor data quality, resolve issues and ensure compliance with governance and security standards.
• Identify and implement improvements in data collection, integration and reporting workflows.
• Lead data‑focused projects and manage priorities across multiple initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing and delivering data‑warehouse solutions with strong SQL and data‑modeling expertise.
• Hands‑on experience building and maintaining ETL pipelines in a cloud environment.
• Ability to work with both business and technical teams, translating requirements into technical designs.
• Experience with ERP systems, data migrations and system integrations is a plus.
• Excellent communication, attention to detail and a proactive problem‑solving attitude.
