Data Business Analyst & Adoption Lead

About the role

Orange Business is looking for a Data Business Analyst & Adoption Lead to help design, deploy and operate AI platforms at scale. You will work closely with data scientists, data engineers and infrastructure teams to turn AI use cases into reliable, secure, and scalable production services.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deploy and operate AI platforms ensuring reliability, scalability and security.
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to industrialise AI use cases on cloud and hybrid environments.
• Implement and maintain MLOps tooling and pipelines for model training, evaluation, deployment and monitoring.
• Automate and standardise platform services using templates, CI/CD and infrastructure‑as‑code.
• Participate in incident analysis and continuous improvement of platform performance.
• Contribute to rollout of new platform features such as GPU‑based training, feature stores or model registries.
• Support migration projects to new cloud services or AI frameworks in partnership with architecture and security teams.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of professional experience in platform engineering, DevOps, data/ML engineering or software engineering.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, engineering or a related field.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and their managed AI services.
• Solid experience with containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) in production.
• Hands‑on experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure‑as‑code.
• Familiarity with MLOps practices and observability tools.
