Data, Economic & Impact Analyst (Non-Key Expert)

About the role

NTU International is preparing a proposal for the “Support to the Africa‑EU Space Partnership Programme – AESPP Boost”. The programme aims to strengthen cooperation between Africa and the EU in the space sector. In this context, we are seeking a qualified Non‑Key Expert – Data, Economic & Impact Analyst to support data and economic analysis, monitoring and evaluation, impact assessment, evidence synthesis, indicator monitoring, and results reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct data and economic analysis for the AESPP Boost programme.
• Support monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEL) activities.
• Perform impact assessments and evidence synthesis.
• Monitor programme indicators and compile performance dashboards.
• Prepare results reports and other analytical deliverables.
• Collaborate with partners to ensure data quality and relevance.

Required profile

• University degree (minimum three years) in statistics, economics, data analytics, social sciences or a related field.
• Excellent command of English; working knowledge of French and/or Portuguese is an asset.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in data analysis, economic analysis, surveys, reporting or indicator monitoring.
• Minimum 1 year of experience supporting MEL, evaluation or impact assessment, including quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Experience in evidence synthesis, data compilation and preparation of dashboards or performance reports.
