Data Product Owner - Billing Accounts

About the role

Orange Business is seeking a Data Product Owner for Billing Accounts to support the Head of Master & Referential Data. You will define, deliver and manage a global solution that governs the lifecycle of customers' billing account data, ensuring high quality, proper documentation, and alignment with the company’s digital customer journey.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the business expert on Billing Account data across all channels and support related projects.
• Engage with international business units to capture, prioritize, and assess requirements for billing account data management.
• Maximise the exploitation of billing data for operational and analytical purposes, collaborating with consuming teams and systems.
• Document the data model in the data management system to facilitate understanding and usage.
• Provide clear and easy access to billing account data via portals, EDH, PowerBI or bulk reporting while maintaining appropriate access controls.
• Monitor, manage and improve data quality by defining KPIs, reporting accuracy and completeness, and overseeing remediation activities.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of master data management and referential data concepts.
• Experience working with cross‑functional stakeholders in a global environment.
• Ability to translate business needs into data solutions that drive operational efficiency and commercial advantage.
