Data Scientist – AI/ML

About the role

As a Data Scientist at Oracle MADC you will help shape the future of Oracle’s AI‑enabled products. You will work with cutting‑edge technologies to design, develop and maintain AI and machine‑learning models, including generative AI, that meet Oracle’s high standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and maintain AI/ML models, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Perform data processing, cleansing, quality verification and data curation with proper labeling and classification.
• Apply NLP techniques to categorize textual inputs and handle intent complexities.
• Stay current with AI/ML advancements and integrate innovative methods into Oracle systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Participate in the full project lifecycle from conception through deployment and ongoing maintenance.
• Provide technical leadership and implement modest changes to existing software architecture.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, Data Science or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience developing machine‑learning algorithms and data‑science solutions.
• Strong problem‑solving ability and capacity to work independently on complex projects.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in cross‑functional teams.

• Python, Java or C++ programming.
• SQL.
• Large language models and natural‑language‑processing techniques.

• Data engineering tasks such as data processing, cleansing and labeling.
