Data Scientist / Data Engineer with Business Analyst Focus

About the role
This position combines data science, data engineering and business analysis. You will spend roughly 70% of your time designing and implementing machine‑learning solutions and 30% supporting business operations, KPI tracking and governance.
Key responsibilities
- Formalize business needs and translate them into analytical use cases.
- Design, build, train and monitor ML/AI models using Python and Databricks.
- Develop data models, technical specifications and functional documentation.
- Support production go‑live, monitor KPIs, budgets and quality metrics.
- Produce technology watch reports and project governance documentation.
Required profile
- Strong background in data science and machine learning.
- Experience with AWS cloud services and Databricks environment.
- Ability to communicate results to stakeholders and follow up on budgets and KPIs.
- Preferably a PhD or advanced statistics training and offshore management experience.
