About the role

The Laboratory Pharmaceutique Iberma is seeking motivated Medical Delegates to promote its pharmaceutical product portfolio to healthcare professionals across Morocco. You will play a key part in expanding the commercial presence of the company within your assigned territory.

Key responsibilities

• Present and explain the benefits of Iberma’s medicines to doctors, pharmacists and other health professionals.
• Gather feedback from the field and relay market insights to the sales and marketing teams.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the product range in your region.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of product information, therapeutic areas and competitor activities.

Required profile

• Scientific degree (minimum Bac+2/3) in biology, pharmacy, chemistry or a related field.
• Up to three years of experience in medical visits or pharmaceutical sales is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a professional and organized approach.
• Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory.
