About the role
Four Seasons is seeking a motivated Demi Chef de Rang to join the Breakfast team at its seaside hotel in Casablanca. This position plays a key part in delivering a high‑quality, welcoming dining experience for guests during breakfast service.
Key responsibilities
- Support the Chef de Rang in managing a service section during breakfast.
- Ensure the correct sequence and timing of service are followed.
- Provide professional, attentive guest service throughout the shift.
- Assist with buffet setup, replenishment, and maintain cleanliness of the service area.
- Set, clear, and reset tables according to Four Seasons standards.
- Guide and support Commis de Rang staff during service.
- Maintain overall cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area.
Required profile
- Passionate about hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Highly organized and able to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Service‑oriented with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to follow service standards and procedures consistently.
