Demi Chef de Rang

About the role

Join the Sofitel Royal Bay Resort in Agadir as a Demi Chef de Rang, delivering attentive service in line with Accor’s hospitality standards. You will support the Chef de Rang in ensuring smooth operation of the dining area and creating memorable guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Provide courteous, professional, and efficient service according to the hotel’s food & beverage standards.
• Assist the Chef de Rang in managing the assigned section and ensuring a high‑quality guest experience.
• Perform opening and closing procedures for the outlet.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of menu items and confidently recommend dishes and beverages.
• Support upselling initiatives by suggesting appropriate menu items and alternatives.
• Set, maintain, and clear tables according to service standards.
• Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and other F&B team members to ensure timely service.
• Monitor supplies, help reduce spoilage, breakage, and waste.

Required profile

• Attention to detail, style and aesthetics of the hotel.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• College degree in Hospitality or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role.
• Good proficiency in English, Arabic and French.
