Développement Qualité Leader (DQL)

About the role

ALTEN Morocco is seeking a Quality Development Leader (DQL) to design, implement and maintain Quality Management Systems for automotive projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and high data quality across all systems.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain QMS in line with automotive standards (ISO 9001, IATF 16949).
• Conduct regular internal audits to verify ISO/IATF compliance.
• Establish and enforce Data Quality Level (DQL) metrics to guarantee data accuracy, consistency and reliability.
• Monitor, analyze and report data‑quality issues, driving corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify and implement process optimizations.
• Develop tools and automated workflows for quality and data management.
• Ensure all quality and data processes meet regulatory and customer requirements.
• Prepare and present quality reports to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Data Management, Quality Assurance or a related field.
• Certifications in ISO Auditing, Six Sigma or other quality disciplines.
• 1‑3 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Data Management within the automotive industry.
• Hands‑on experience with QMS standards such as IATF 16949 or ISO 9001.
• Familiarity with data‑management tools and systems.
