Développeur Back-End Java / Kafka Senior

About the role

ALTEN MAROC is seeking a senior back‑end developer to design, build and maintain high‑performance Java applications using Spring Boot and Kafka. You will work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment supporting international clients in automotive, rail, R&D, IT, telecom and media sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain back‑end services with Java, Spring Boot and Kafka.
• Implement micro‑service and event‑driven architectures.
• Participate in the full software lifecycle: design, coding, testing, deployment and maintenance.
• Enhance CI/CD pipelines to ensure continuous, high‑quality delivery.
• Contribute to product quality through automated tests, code coverage, Sonar analysis and adherence to SOLID and YAGNI principles.
• Perform evolutionary maintenance of existing applications.
• Collaborate in Agile SCRUM teams alongside product, design and tech members.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of professional experience in Java development.
• Strong expertise with Spring Boot, Kafka and distributed, high‑volume systems.
• Hands‑on experience with micro‑services and event‑driven design.
• Proficiency in Agile SCRUM methodologies.
• Fluent communication in French and strong analytical mindset.
