Développeur Back‑end Spring Boot, Kafka et MongoDB

About the role

We are looking for a senior back‑end developer to join our engineering team. You will work on designing, building and operating high‑performance micro‑services using Java, Spring Boot, Kafka and MongoDB in an Agile/DevOps environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain Java/Spring Boot micro‑services.
• Implement real‑time messaging and streaming solutions with Kafka.
• Develop, model and optimise MongoDB databases for large data volumes.
• Participate in technical and functional design sessions.
• Apply quality practices such as automated testing, code reviews and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ensure application security and performance.
• Collaborate closely with front‑end, DevOps and product teams.
• Work within Scrum/SAFe Agile frameworks.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of professional Java development experience.
• Strong expertise in Spring Boot, Kafka and MongoDB.
• Solid understanding of micro‑services architecture and REST API integration.
• Hands‑on experience with CI/CD, Docker and Kubernetes.
• Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
