Développeur Fullstack Java / React Senior (dominante Front)

About the role

We are looking for a senior Fullstack Developer with a strong front‑end focus, experienced in React and proficient in Java. The role is based in Rabat and involves designing, building and maintaining modern web applications.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain full‑stack applications using Java, Spring Boot and React.
• Implement micro‑service and event‑driven architectures.
• Contribute to API management and observability platforms.
• Participate in performance, scalability and reliability projects.
• Develop new services such as authentication, monitoring and performance.
• Enhance monitoring and supervision tools.
• Work across the full software lifecycle: design, coding, testing, deployment and production support.
• Set up and improve CI/CD pipelines.
• Ensure code quality through unit tests, coverage, clean architecture and best practices.
• Perform corrective and evolutionary maintenance of existing applications.
• Promote continuous improvement of development practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of professional experience in software development.
• Strong communication in French, analytical mindset, teamwork orientation and ability to meet deadlines.
