About the role

ALTEN Maroc is looking for an experienced Full‑stack developer to join its Rabat team. The role focuses on back‑end development with Java/Spring Boot while also delivering high‑quality Angular front‑ends.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain full‑stack applications using Java, Spring Boot and Angular.
• Implement micro‑service and event‑driven architectures.
• Manage relational and document‑oriented databases.
• Participate in the full application lifecycle: design, coding, testing, deployment and production support.
• Apply DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines.
• Enforce clean‑code standards (SOLID, YAGNI) and use Sonar for quality checks.
• Continuously improve product quality and contribute to corrective and evolutionary maintenance.
• Leverage generative AI tools to enhance development efficiency.
• Work within an Agile SCRUM framework.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent.
• 3‑5 years of professional experience in Java/Spring Boot and Angular development.
• Strong analytical mindset, fluent French communication, teamwork orientation and ability to meet deadlines.
