DevOps Engineer – Cloud & VPN Infrastructure

About the role

We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to join our fintech platform team. You will work closely with cross‑functional groups to design, deploy, and maintain secure, scalable AWS infrastructure and VPN solutions that support our end‑to‑end financial services.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deploy and maintain AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, IAM and related resources.
• Set up, configure and manage VPN connections for encrypted communication between remote teams and AWS.
• Monitor infrastructure performance and security using CloudWatch, CloudTrail and third‑party tools.
• Implement containerized workloads with Docker, AWS ECS and EKS.
• Apply security best practices, manage IAM roles/policies and conduct regular audits.
• Optimize cost and auto‑scaling using Auto Scaling groups, ELB and serverless Lambda functions.
• Troubleshoot issues across development, testing and production environments.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless integration of applications with cloud services.
• Document architecture, deployment processes and operational procedures.
• Recommend new tools and improvements for cloud, deployment pipelines and VPN security.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1‑3 years of hands‑on DevOps experience focused on AWS.
• Proven experience with VPN installation, configuration and management.
• Strong understanding of AWS security, IAM, security groups and VPC.
