Digital Communication Specialist – Social Media & Content

About the role

The Digital Communication Specialist will define, coordinate and execute Continental's social media strategy across the MENA region. Working closely with internal teams, external agencies and partners, you will support marketing initiatives on both offline and online channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and steer the social media strategy for the Replacement Tires EMEA Business Area.
• Plan and execute offline and online marketing activities.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of communication plans.
• Coordinate with creative agencies to approve artworks and ensure brand‑guideline compliance.
• Support agencies in creating local content such as news, videos, posters and brochures.
• Manage content publication, user engagement and online community across social platforms.
• Oversee online reputation management and propose new communication channels.
• Develop guidebooks, training materials and best‑practice documents for social media use.
• Manage digital paid media campaigns and produce performance reports.
• Ensure brand consistency for POS and promotional assets in collaboration with the Marketing Manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• 3‑4 years of experience in a digital communication role.
• Broad knowledge of the digital media landscape.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to present creative concepts to diverse stakeholders.
