Digital Content & Social Media Specialist

About the role

NTT DATA Morocco is seeking a creative storyteller with a digital mindset to join the Brand Marketing & Communications team. You will turn people, projects and business moments into engaging content across social media, internal communications and events, strengthening the company’s digital presence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage the social media and digital editorial calendar.
• Create engaging content for LinkedIn, Instagram and other digital channels.
• Write social media copy, stories and communication materials.
• Produce short‑form videos, Reels, interviews, photos and employee stories.
• Identify stories, people, projects and achievements worth showcasing.
• Support employer branding and internal communication initiatives.
• Capture content during events, office activities and business initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external creative suppliers when needed.
• Monitor social media performance and use insights to improve content.
• Stay on top of digital trends, platforms and new content formats.

Required profile

• Degree in Digital Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Digital Media or a related field.
• First experience in digital content, social media, communications or marketing.
• Strong writing, storytelling and communication skills.
• Hands‑on experience creating social media content.
• Experience with short‑form video, Reels and basic video editing.
• Good understanding of LinkedIn and Instagram.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Creative, curious, proactive and comfortable working independently.
• Good level of English and French; Spanish is a plus.
