Digital Marketing & Community Manager

About the role

We are seeking a creative and execution‑oriented Digital Marketing & Community Specialist to boost Sohaara’s visibility, engagement and impact. The role blends digital marketing, social media management, community building and growth initiatives to help professionals, talent and entrepreneurs discover career‑changing opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Sohaara’s presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube.
• Develop and maintain editorial and content calendars.
• Write compelling posts, captions and marketing copy.
• Support promotion of webinars and events.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments and nurture community members.
• Grow online communities and establish partnerships.
• Coordinate email marketing campaigns.
• Assist with SEO and geo‑targeted initiatives.
• Track analytics, produce reports and recommend improvements.
• Help launch new programs, partnerships and campaigns.
• Leverage AI tools to increase productivity and enhance content creation.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, community management or growth marketing.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, French, Arabic and Darija.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn marketing.
• Positive, proactive and mission‑driven attitude.
• Excellent executive communication and organisational abilities.

• Canva, Figma or Adobe design tools.
• Video editing software.
• AI‑based content creation tools.
• Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads platforms.
• LinkedIn marketing tools.

What we offer

• Salary of 8,000–12,000 MAD per month, depending on experience.
