Digital Marketing Specialist – Internship with Full-Time Opportunity

About the role

LGALGA, an education company in Morocco, is expanding its online programs and seeks a Digital Marketing Specialist. The position starts as a one‑month internship with the aim of converting to a full‑time role based on performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across relevant channels.
• Manage and grow LGALGA’s presence on social media platforms.
• Plan and coordinate content for online educational programs.
• Manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads).
• Monitor performance metrics such as traffic, leads, conversions and ROI.
• Analyse data, produce regular reports and recommend improvements.
• Conduct audience, competitor and market analysis.
• Test different audiences, creatives and messaging to improve results.

Required profile

• Master’s degree or higher in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Communication, Data/Business Analytics or related field.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, customer acquisition and paid advertising.
• Excellent analytical skills and confidence working with data.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Proactive, organised and comfortable in a fast‑moving environment.
