Digital Project Manager – Global Deployment

About the role

Lead the deployment of Schneider Electric’s best‑of‑breed digital applications across Front Office DCR, Customer Experience and Commercial Transformation in multiple international zones. You will own project governance, execution and stakeholder alignment to ensure seamless rollout and adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Build and drive the project plan across platforms such as CPQ, PriceFX, Vistex, bFO, bFS and ERP, ensuring timelines and risk mitigation.
• Facilitate SteerCo meetings with Business and Digital Directors to report progress, manage risks and drive decisions.
• Coordinate requirement gathering with CXCT, DCR, Country Business, Transformation Leaders and Zone BRMs.
• Support local teams during UAT, manage issue resolution, and oversee release and cutover activities.
• Lead change‑management and adoption initiatives, providing training and post‑deployment follow‑up.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of experience managing large‑scale digital transformation projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Proven ability to work with international stakeholders and lead cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with CPQ platforms.
• Familiarity with PriceFX and Vistex pricing solutions.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and related integration tools.
