Digital Sales Insight Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Digital Sales Insight Specialist to own the early stages of the sales cycle. You will discover, research, and qualify prospects, then coordinate the next steps with the sales team while supporting operational tasks throughout the process.

Key responsibilities

• Support the sales process as an active member of the team, collaborating closely with assigned Sales/Solutions representatives.
• Reach out to prospects in the target market via email, LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, cold calls, and other prospecting tools.
• Conduct in‑depth research on prospect profiles, personas, business challenges, objectives, and potential needs.
• Engage gatekeepers professionally, handle objections, and clearly communicate product and service value.
• Schedule meetings, virtual presentations, sales kick‑offs, and other sales‑related events.
• Provide regular, structured reports on prospecting activities, inquiries, and feedback.
• Act as the primary point of contact between the sales team and potential clients within the assigned list.
• Demonstrate strong time‑management and task‑prioritisation skills.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and French.
• Eager to learn with a persistent, determined mindset.
• Open‑minded, curious, professional, proactive, and highly organized.

Required skills

• Proficiency in the Microsoft 365 suite.
