About the role

The Holding d'Aménagement Al Omrane is seeking a Director for its El Hajeb‑Ifraane agency. This senior position oversees the planning, execution, and technical management of housing and territorial development projects within the region.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and coordinate feasibility studies and detailed design work.
• Supervise on‑site technical management and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Lead commercial activities related to project marketing and land acquisition.
• Drive land prospecting initiatives to secure new development sites.
• Implement and maintain the quality management system across all project phases.
• Validate tender documents (DCE) and execution plans.
• Oversee the preparation and validation of subdivision dossiers and detailed project files.
• Ensure timely acquisition of necessary authorizations and monitor progress of study work.
• Participate in the selection of contractors and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate project meetings, from kickoff to final hand‑over.

Required profile

• Proven ability to manage complex public‑sector development projects.
• Experience in overseeing studies, construction works, and technical site management.
• Knowledge of land prospecting and real‑estate commercialization processes.
• Familiarity with quality management standards and documentation.
