About the role

We are preparing the reopening of Palais Jamaï in Fès and are looking for a Spa Director to lead the creation of an exceptional wellness experience. This senior position will shape the spa’s strategy, operations, and service standards in line with luxury hotel expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all daily spa activities and ensure smooth operation.
• Define and implement the spa strategy aligned with the hotel’s positioning.
• Deliver a personalized, refined client experience that meets luxury standards.
• Lead, coach, and develop spa staff to enhance skills and engagement.
• Maintain compliance with treatment protocols, quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
• Expand the wellness offering and develop new treatments.
• Monitor performance through activity, satisfaction, and profitability indicators.
• Manage inventory, procurement, and supplier relationships.
• Support commercial and loyalty initiatives to grow spa revenue.
• Collaborate closely with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing a spa, preferably in a high‑end or luxury hotel.
• Strong leadership and team‑building abilities.
• Excellent service orientation and focus on client excellence.
• Solid organizational and commercial acumen.
• Deep knowledge of wellness treatments, protocols, and industry standards.
• Professional presentation, rigor, and attention to detail.
• Fluent in French and English.
