Director of Human Resources

About the role

The Director of Human Resources will join the property executive committee and report directly to the General Manager, while also collaborating with the Regional Senior Director of HR. This senior leader will shape HR strategy, drive talent acquisition, succession planning, performance management, and employee engagement for the property.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business priorities and brand objectives.
• Lead talent acquisition, workforce planning, and succession management across the property.
• Oversee performance management, employee development, and engagement survey initiatives.
• Monitor and optimize use of the myHR system by managers and staff.
• Serve as a change manager for high‑impact employee initiatives.
• Represent HR metrics and insights at owners’ meetings and executive forums.

Required profile

• 2‑year degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field with 4 years relevant experience, OR a 4‑year bachelor’s degree with 2 years experience.
• Proven ability to work independently and influence senior leadership.
• Strong analytical mindset and experience with HR business planning.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the myHR HRIS platform.
