Director of Human Resources – Property Executive

About the role

The Director of Human Resources will join the property executive committee and report to the General Manager. This senior HR leader will shape talent acquisition, succession planning, performance management and HR technology usage for a hospitality property in Rabat.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the property’s HR strategy aligned with business priorities.
• Lead engagement‑survey activities and translate results into action plans.
• Champion talent management and diversity initiatives across the property and region.
• Coordinate human‑capital reviews, succession planning and workforce planning.
• Monitor and promote effective use of the myHR system by managers and employees.
• Act as change manager for high‑impact employee initiatives.
• Represent HR at owners’ meetings, presenting retention, vacancy and training metrics.

Required profile

• 2‑year degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field with 4 years HR/operations experience, OR a 4‑year bachelor’s degree with 2 years relevant experience.
• Proven ability to work independently and influence senior leadership.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the myHR HRIS platform.
