About the role
Four Seasons Hotel Rabat Kasr Al Bahr is seeking an experienced Director of Revenue to lead its revenue strategy. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you will translate business analytics into actionable tactics that drive the hotel’s financial performance.
Key responsibilities
- Interpret business analytics and market data to develop tactical revenue strategies.
- Guide the Revenue Strategy team toward achieving budgeted revenue goals.
- Design and implement measurable revenue management initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with the Director of Marketing to ensure consistent execution of optimal revenue plans.
- Support strategic and operational decision‑making through data‑driven insights.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a Director of Revenue or senior revenue manager in a luxury hospitality environment.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into strategic actions.
- Leadership experience managing a revenue strategy team.
- Ability to work closely with marketing leadership to align revenue and brand initiatives.
