Driver Marketing Manager – MENA Region

About the role

We are seeking an energetic, execution‑oriented Driver Marketing Manager to lead our driver growth initiatives across the MENA region, starting with Egypt, Morocco, and Algeria. You will be the "boots on the ground" translating regional strategy into localized campaigns that attract, engage, and retain drivers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop communication strategy and go‑to‑market plans for driver acquisition.
• Execute and monitor driver marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with regional objectives.
• Track KPIs such as new driver acquisition cost, active driver rates, and retention, and report results.
• Manage omni‑channel communications including CRM (push/SMS), social media, and local driver communities.
• Coordinate offline activations and driver events, maintaining brand consistency.
• Serve as a bridge between local teams and headquarters, adapting global guidelines for MENA markets.
• Conduct market research, surveys, focus groups, and competitor analysis.
• Source and manage local vendors (print shops, event agencies) for cost‑effective execution.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of marketing experience, preferably in ride‑hailing, startup, or gig‑economy environments.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, brand building, and CRM/analytics tools.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple markets simultaneously.
• Deep cultural knowledge of the MENA region and driver behavior.
• Confident presenter, comfortable speaking to senior stakeholders.
• Fluent in Arabic and/or French; English proficiency at least B2 level.
