Dutch Customer Support Advisor

About the role

We are looking for a Dutch‑speaking Customer Support Advisor to join our team in Rabat. You will assist customers by phone and email, provide technical troubleshooting, handle inquiries and complaints, and recommend suitable products and services while meeting service and sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Support customers via phone and email
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Identify customer needs and recommend relevant products and services
• Accurately document customer interactions
• Follow internal procedures and quality standards
• Work towards service, performance, and sales targets

Required profile

• B2/C1 level of Dutch (English preferred)
• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone
• Strong communication skills and solution‑focused attitude
• Previous experience in customer service, call centres, technical support, complaint handling, sales or other customer‑facing roles is an advantage (not mandatory)
• Right to work in Morocco or willingness to relocate independently (relocation support not provided)
