EE Supplier Cost Analyst

About the role

Stellantis is seeking an EE Supplier Cost Analyst to lead on‑site cost audits for a defined commodity scope. The role supports commodity buyers by providing accurate cost data, driving total product cost (TPC) reduction, and ensuring alignment with the company’s electrification and sustainability goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead EE supplier actual cost on‑site audits for a specific commodity scope.
• Apply the supplier cost analyst audit procedure and coordinate with buyers and commodity managers.
• Prepare audit documentation, conduct on‑site audits, and generate audit reports for suppliers and buyers.
• Develop and present PBD (price breakdown) based on audited actual costs.
• Support buyers in negotiations using audit results.
• Define and align TPC reduction plans with audited suppliers, leveraging benchmark data.
• Report progress and confirm TPC reduction plans with each supplier.
• Contribute to the cost analyst and cost engineering reference framework and share lessons learned.

Required profile

• Proven experience in supplier cost analysis and on‑site auditing.
• Strong understanding of total product cost (TPC) concepts and reduction strategies.
• Ability to work closely with commodity buyers and negotiate based on cost data.
• Excellent communication skills for reporting and stakeholder coordination.
