EH&S Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced EH&S Manager to lead health, safety and environmental initiatives at our Tangier Free Zone plant. The role ensures compliance with regulations, drives continuous improvement and supports a strong safety culture across operations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide leadership to ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations.
• Develop, implement and manage EH&S programs, policies and procedures across the site.
• Partner with operations and other departments to integrate EHS requirements and best practices.
• Conduct regular EHS reviews, audits and incident investigations, and publish alerts.
• Maintain and sustain the EHS management system (ISO 14001 & ISO 45001).
• Oversee waste and scrap management, ergonomic and sustainability initiatives.
• Manage the annual EHS budget and prioritize safety‑related investments.
• Coordinate security and cleaning services for multiple sites.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in safety, engineering, occupational health, environmental science or a related field.
• Proven experience leading EHS functions in an industrial setting.
• Strong knowledge of applicable EHS regulations and standards.
• Ability to conduct audits, incident investigations and drive continuous improvement.

Required skills

• ISO 14001 implementation and maintenance.
• ISO 45001 implementation and maintenance.
• OSHA recordkeeping (OSHA 300 log) and incident reporting.
