Electrical / Oil Treatment Testing Technician

About the role

Alstom is looking for a full‑time Electrical / Oil Treatment Testing Technician to join its team in Fez. You will apply your expertise in electrical testing and oil analysis to ensure the quality and reliability of critical rail‑industry systems.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct feasibility studies and prepare test programs using available platforms and equipment.
• Execute electrical tests on transformers, converters, motors and installations, and perform oil analysis interventions.
• Maintain, calibrate and verify measurement devices and testing equipment.
• Organise and supervise subcontracted testing activities when required.
• Create, update and archive test reports, laboratory analysis documents and performance indicators.
• Perform quality‑control operations in production, address non‑conformities and implement corrective tools.

Required profile

• Degree (Bac +2 or Bac +3) in Electrical Engineering, Electrotechnics, Electronics, Automation or Instrumentation.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality standards.
• Ability to work collaboratively with engineering, quality assurance and production teams.

Required skills

• Electrical testing of transformers, converters, motors and installations.
• Electrical and electronic measurement instrumentation.
• Calibration of testing and measurement devices.
• Oil analysis techniques and reporting.
