EMEA Credit Analyst

About the role

We are looking for an EMEA Credit Analyst to join Arrow ECS’s finance team. The analyst will evaluate customer creditworthiness across the EMEA region, manage credit exposure, and support collection processes that drive sustainable business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Review and analyse credit information for new and existing customers to determine financial health and set appropriate credit limits.
• Conduct detailed credit analyses to identify risks, opportunities, and accounts eligible for credit line increases.
• Assess and report customer risk, recommending mitigation strategies and alternative financing solutions.
• Manage credit and collection activities, ensuring timely follow‑up on outstanding receivables and exercising credit authority for larger accounts.
• Develop and maintain internal credit tools, including risk models, projection models, and credit scoring systems.
• Resolve customer credit issues in collaboration with sales and internal stakeholders.
• Review and release pending sales orders in line with credit policies.
• Support onboarding of new sales and operations staff on financial services processes and policies.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in credit analysis, credit management or accounts receivable.
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field (preferred).
• Strong financial acumen with solid understanding of credit risk assessment.
• Ability to analyse complex data and make sound credit decisions.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with sales and other departments.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP.
• Knowledge of credit risk modelling and credit scoring tools.
