EMEA Process Engineer

About the role

The EMEA Process Engineer will ensure that new programs are production‑ready across the region, with a focus on equipment management and technology implementation in our Morocco plant. You will act as a bridge between suppliers, internal teams and the central EMEA organization to drive process excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Guarantee process readiness for all new programs.
• Control equipment net‑out and reutilisation plans within Morocco.
• Lead the implementation of new technologies on the plant floor.
• Support supplier, MEC and central EMEA forums.
• Coach and mentor new process engineers across plants.
• Define and follow up training plans for new hires.
• Interpret and apply customer and Aptiv requirements.
• Support MSD studies and keep them updated throughout development phases.
• Maintain Project Control 3 and Spending Control updates.
• Prepare and present investment analyses for flow 4.
• Define, specify and document HV equipment.
• Develop technical specifications and follow equipment definition with Aptiv suppliers.
• Ensure equipment availability for SOP through proactive planning.
• Produce and update reports, Capex/Opex trackers, idle‑asset registers and equipment forecasts.
• Create onboarding documentation for new engineers.
• Facilitate customer and certification audits.
• Ensure compliance with quality, environmental, health and safety standards.
• Revise PFMEA and conduct capacity studies for equipment definition.
• Manage acquisition of new equipment from RFQ to validation and SOP release.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in industrial engineering or equivalent.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes.
• Excellent analytical, synthesis and problem‑solving abilities.
