EMEA Service Logistics Manager – Morocco

About the role

Otis is looking for an experienced EMEA Service Logistics Manager to lead spare‑parts and new‑equipment logistics in Morocco. You will be the single point of contact for all field‑relevant supply‑chain topics, translating regional strategy into local execution while ensuring safety, cost efficiency and service quality.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations for spare parts, including receiving, put‑away, picking, packing and dispatch to branches and job sites.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting, adjustments and reconciliation.
• Develop and enforce SOPs, SLAs and HSE standards for all logistics activities.
• Monitor excess & obsolete (E&O) stock, lead reduction actions and optimise safety stock levels.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end freight (ocean, air, road, parcel) and customs clearance, ensuring compliance with trade regulations and minimizing demurrage.
• Manage logistics contracts, vendor performance and invoice governance.
• Support non‑catalogue sourcing, savings delivery and Source‑to‑Pay obligations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in logistics, warehouse management and import flow coordination.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct root‑cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Fluency in English; French or Arabic is a plus.
